Linda was able to sell a home that had been listed previously. She analyzed the market and suggested a selling price that was higher than what we thought we could get since it had not sold previously. She generated interest and traffic flow through the house and it was sold about 90 days after she listed it. I have known Linda for over 20 years but had not used her as an agent, I moved out of Illinois 19 years ago and am now moving back. I saw Linda's name on one of sign and called her. I am so happy I used her as our agent. With out her I don't think the deal would have closed. Between the lender and the title company nothing was going right. Linda called them, got back to me and we got things corrected. She worked with the seller on the inspection and relayed things back to me. She had to calm me down several time over things that, I thought,were going wrong. Like I said, without her the deal wouldn't have closed. "My friendship with Linda started months before she listed my house. She knocked on my door one Sunday after an open house a few doors up from me, someone inquired about my house. She said she knew it wasn't for sale but told me about the inquiry. My husband Gary was not in good health and wanted me to sell the house, coincidence . She gave me her card and said if I ever wanted to sell please think of her. Under normal circumstances I would have tossed the card but didn't. Something about her impressed me.
My husband passed away the end of Jan., 2019, a few months passed and I knew it was time, got Linda's card , called , and the rest is history!!
